International Orders
International shipping is not available via the website. To place an order, call us at (989) 686-3377 or fax order to (989) 686-3380.
Rates: $10.95 per journal Canada / Mexico
$12.95 per journal for International Priority Shipping
Please allow 6-10 business days for International Priority Shipping.

(Note: All Prepaid Orders with checks or money orders must clear before shipment is processed.

Change Orders
To change your order you must call during business hours (Mon. - Fri 9am to 5pm EST). Always have your order number ready. Never request change order via e-mail without a follow up phone call as we may not receive it in time.

Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approximately 1-2 business days. Do not request cancel order via e-mail as we may not receive it in time.

Returns
We only authorize returns within 15 days of receipt.

Resellers/Wholesale

We offer volume-bulk discounts. Please contact our sales department for information.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• UPS 3-Day Select*
• UPS 2nd Day Air AM*
• UPS 2nd Day Air*
• UPS Next Day Air Saver*
• UPS Next Day Air*
• USPS Global Express Mail (International orders) 3-5 Days*

*All orders processed 3-5 business days. Our UPS pickup occurs at 3 pm EST daily.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee will not be applied to any returns or cancellations for refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 15 days.

Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately two to three "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Although we always do our best, we do not guarantee same day shipping; for rush orders please call (800) 897-8528 Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
